Editing Pontipines and the Wottingers

== Pontipines ==

The Pontipines are a large family of ten that live in a semi-detached house at the foot of a tree, next door to the Wottingers. There are eight children, four of which are girls and four of which are boys and they are always dressed in red. Mr Pontipine always wears a fake, black moustache. Mrs Pontipine always carries a pair of binoculars with her, as their naughty children often run away from their parents, and needs to keep an eye on them. The family likes to have picnics outside. They have also tried to have it on the Ninky Nonk, which is the train which goes incredibly fast around the Night Garden, twice. However, their food has, both times, got all over them, instead.

== Wottingers ==
The Wottingers are also a large family of ten who are the next-door neighbours of the Pontipines, who also have eight children and they are always dressed in blue. Unlike the Pontipines, Mr Wottinger does not wear a moustache and Mrs Wottinger doesn't have a pair of binoculars. This is because their children are smart and they know not to run away from their parents. They often ride the Ninky Nonk with the Pontipines, but unlike them, have never rode the Pinky Ponk, the self-flying airship, giving the character views of the Night Garden. They, are, unlike the Pontipines, also never told to go to sleep at the end of an episode, and do not show up as much as the Pontipines.
